Test Engineer

We're looking for a Test Engineer to design and run the test campaigns that validate hardware built for Arctic operations. You'll work across a full hardware stack - from embedded electronics and energy systems to composite structures and autonomous platforms.This role sits at the critical point of the R&D cycle. The test systems you build and the results you deliver will directly shape the reliability and safety of hardware deployed in extreme environments.What you'll do

• Design and operate custom testbeds for complex hardware systems
• Execute thermal, vibration, fatigue, structural, and environmental tests
• Run testing using cold chambers, vibration tables, structural rigs, and DAQ systems
• Translate test results into clear engineering recommendations
• Help build and scale the in-house R&D testing lab

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years hands-on testing or prototyping experience in a lab/workshop environment
• Experience developing environmental or structural test setups
• Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD 810H, IP/IK, CE, or UL
• Ability to design test systems and automated test processes
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving engineering team
