We're seeking an IT Administrator to provide first-line support, maintain core IT systems, and assist with a range of improvement projects for our client in Pencoed.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide first-line / desktop support end users across the organisation.
- Perform routine IT maintenance.
- Maintain helpdesk tickets and report weekly KPIs to the Head of IT.
- Support cybersecurity processes including patching, backups, and antivirus.

Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, SharePoint) and 365 admin tools (Entra, Intune, Exchange, MDM).
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, GPO, iOS/Android.
- Understanding and experience of networks, firewalls, switches, and patch panels.
- Hardware/software maintenance experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
