Within the Customer Operations (CustOps) technical team, you will develop the internal tools used daily by our "Experts" (customer advisors). Your work has a direct and immediate impact: a smooth and fast interface enables your colleagues to better support customers and drive more sales. Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact., As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible to build and evolve the Angular interface used daily by our Spanish call center "Experts." The immediate goal is to adapt the existing French application for the Spanish market. Long-term, the focus is on optimizing workflows and crafting a high-quality, frictionless UI that helps counselors sell more efficiently.
Requirements
Your profile :
- 2-3 years of modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework experience. Significative Angular experience
- solid understanding of RxJS and state management.
- be able to break down complex UI screens into smart, reusable components that enhance the Design System.
- Product-Minded UX: Care deeply about the user journey. Ability to understand how loading states, form validations, and intuitive flows directly impact a counselor's ability to close a contract.
- Fluent english
