RPA Developer

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Create process design documents (PDD) and solution design documents (SDD).
• Develop reusable RPA components and frameworks.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed bots.
• Handle exception management and bot performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Ensure automation solutions follow security and compliance standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures.
• Support production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Strong experience in RPA development and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Knowledge of workflow automation, scripting, and API integrations.
• Experience with SQL, Excel automation, and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with OCR technologies and AI/ML integration is a plus.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• RPA certification preferred (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism).
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise applications is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or .NET.
• Exposure to intelligent automation and document processing.
• Knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, or ERP integrations.
