You will partner with product managers, engineers, user researchers, content, and design partners to define experiments and ship measurable improvements. This is a Remote role with a preference for PST availability. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Design high-impact growth surfaces across the product funnel, including landing pages, onboarding flows, re-engagement experiences, and inline guidance.
  • Partner with growth PMs and engineers to define experiments, frame hypotheses, and ship A/B and multivariate tests that drive measurable improvements to activation and retention.
  • Translate user research, behavioral data, and funnel analytics into clear design decisions and advocate for the user experience when appropriate.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and developer-ready specs in Figma with detailed annotations for states, edge cases, and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-fidelity visual designs, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specs with thorough annotations for states, edge cases, and accessibility.
  • Strong end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
  • Proven ability to own work independently and drive it to shipped outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with skill presenting design rationale and building alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field - or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & conditions

  • $150,000-180,000 per year
