The Future Organisation practice, together with Transformation Activation form Organisation & Workforce Transformation (OWT) sits within our Human Capital offering - the world's leading people and organisation transformation business. As part of a practice that brings cutting-edge research and analytics expertise together with deep industry knowledge, you'll develop transformation and change programmes that are not only innovative but deliver the most positive impact for all. In doing so, you'll develop trusted, C-suite relationships with senior business stakeholders.

Within this Director role, you will be responsible for bringing your deep industry knowledge,

expertise in organisation design and workforce transformation, and broader consulting skills to:

  • Lead strategic operating model and organisational design transformations for LSHC business clients, guiding them through complex technology-enabled changes, evolving business models, regulatory shifts, M&A and/ or emerging market trends. Drive the realisation of benefits by championing innovative organisation design and operating model transformation approaches that foster exceptional employee experiences and accelerate the adoption of new ways of working across their business value chain.

  • Provide strategic counsel to LSHC industry clients, addressing their most complex challenges related to market disruption, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Leverage deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge workforce analytics and business analysis to develop and implement innovative, data-driven recommendations that deliver tangible business outcomes.

  • Form, lead, drive and oversee multi-disciplinary teams in partnering with clients to solve challenging problems through the end-to-end delivery of strategically significant, large-scale, and complex operating model / organisational design projects and programmes in the LSHC Industry. This includes strategic planning, robust risk management, and cultivating executive-level client and stakeholder relationships. You will lead, mentor, and empower diverse project teams to achieve successful outcomes and exceed client expectations.

  • Drive business development by cultivating and expanding executive-level client relationships by understanding their business challenges and transformation agendas and bringing the best of Deloitte in helping to deliver against them. Play a pivotal role in shaping industry and account strategies, contributing to the growth of our LSHC business practice.

  • Being active in the market, bringing a distinctive voice and differentiated points of view to client issues, using industry and technology trends to drive a differentiated perspective on future organisation models and workforce strategies in the LSHC Industry.

  • Collaborate extensively with a range of stakeholders, both internally within Deloitte and within client organisations, fostering strong partnerships and driving collective success. Build, cultivate, and own a suite of internal, cross-functional, partner-level relationships to position and promote Future Organisation capability and offerings

  • Manage and oversee our priority LSHC accounts and relationships, including leading commercial proposals, the development and application of Deloitte points-of-view, and end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of operating model / organisational design projects and programmes to the highest standards of quality.

  • Shape the future of our practice by leading internal initiatives in proposition development, methodology enhancement and thought leadership. Driving the development of our Future Organisation LSHC Industry team capabilities to ensure we are always at the forefront of quality and impact for our clients

  • Developing and upskilling our Future Organisation practitioners, driving their growth, and ensuring we are developing the future-facing skills required to meet the demands of our clients

Requirements

should demonstrate a proven strong track record in most of the following as part of your previous, * Significant demonstrable experience in successfully leading, large-scale organisation design, operating model, and workforce transformation programmes, specifically in the LSHC sector. Proven ability to architect, solution, and plan complex operating model design programmes, including setting them up for success, leveraging advanced technologies (such as AI) to enable data-driven insights, and optimising the efficiency of organisational design with a strong focus on strategic implications.

  • Proven experience in developing, nurturing, and leveraging strategic client and stakeholder relationships at C-suite levels within organisations. This includes fostering trust and collaborative partnerships essential for successful technology adoption, organisational change, and shaping future client strategies to deliver value-focused outcomes.
  • Proven ability to build, convert, and manage a pipeline of opportunities and projects. This includes managing all stages of commercial engagement, from proposals and contracting to delivery, with direct responsibility for managing budgets, profitability, and billing
  • Prior relevant experience in a management consulting organisation or environment, demonstrating a proven ability to operate and lead teams through ambiguity towards delivering high-quality and value-generating outcomes for clients and stakeholders, particularly in organisation and workforce transformation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to form and lead effective, high-performing multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments. This includes cultivating followership, managing diverse teams within an inclusive culture, supporting individual development, and demonstrating personal resilience and strategic oversight to drive complex initiatives to successful completion.
  • An innovative mindset combined with a keen interest in current thinking around Operating Model, Organisation design, transformation, the future of work, and disruptive technologies and business models that are shaping the LSHC Industry landscape.
