Solution Developer

• Do you have a strong engineering affinity with a passion for supporting and growing solution portfolios?We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, analytical and results orientated!, As a Solution Developer, you will be using our in-house developed platform to design and improve new and existing innovative solutions in the GRC domain, while enhancing their functionality and effectiveness. You will be a part of a global team that is responsible for the development of solutions. The team is composed of product owners, user experience designers, and solution developers.

You enjoy working in an agile team and you want to contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance of your scrum team and the quality of our product. You will also be part of a lively development community who bring loads of experience to the table, giving you the opportunity to learn and grow.

The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Solutions Developer includes:

• Use your knowledge and experience together with the team to develop new state-of-the-art solutions;
• Participate in the refinement and planning of the work done by your scrum team;
• Demonstrate solutions to customers and senior leadership;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product development processes;Develop yourself by researching new concepts and ideas and expand your knowledge of programming languages.

Do you have experience in XML?, * Strong experience with databases, particularly Oracle, postgreSQL and confidence writing efficient SQL queries;

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and XML, with the ability to read and understand Java code;
• Experience using modern AI tools to support analysis, troubleshooting, and day-to-day productivity;
• A results-oriented approach and a passion for problem-solving;
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a global team;
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving international environment stretching from America to Asia;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership.
