Job description

implementation. * Drive Digital Process Excellence: Partner closely with the Global People Operations Team to translate core HR processes into a seamless and automated digital experience, focusing on improving system usability for everyone, from employees to People Business Partners. * Lead Key Implementation Projects: Take direct ownership of major technology implementation projects, managing them from the initial business case through to successful rollout and adoption across all global regions. * Act as a Strategic Partner: Serve as the crucial bridge between the People team, Technology functions, and business leaders. You will translate complex business requirements into clear technical solutions and champion digital ways of working throughout the People function. * Enhance Data Governance & Reporting: Ensure the integrity and reliability of our people data by strengthening governance and collaborating with the People Analytics team to enable accurate, insightful workforce

Requirements

What We Are Looking For * Proven HR Tech Leadership: Extensive experience leading HR technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives within a complex, global organization. * System Implementation Expertise: A strong track record of implementing company-wide systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) across multiple territories. * AI & Automation Acumen: Demonstrated experience activating AI, automation, or intelligent workflows within an HR or People environment. * Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong data literacy, with hands-on experience in data governance, analytics, BI tools (e.g., Looker or similar), and advanced Excel capability. * Strategic & Collaborative Influence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build compelling business cases, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across functions. * Commercial & Systems Thinking: A deep understanding of digital architecture combined with, strong commercial
