Fullstack Developer

• Maintenance and Development: You maintain, develop, and improve internal web applications, optimize interfaces, and ensure reliable system operation.
• Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation.
• Software Systems: You independently design, develop, and optimize software systems for products and internal tools. You contribute to interface, database, microservice, and UI planning, onboard new projects, and develop software solutions using modern technologies, AI, and iterative design approaches.
• Programming: You develop backend and frontend solutions, manage resources to meet sprint and project goals, and use AI-assisted workflows to explore designs, debug, and accelerate prototyping.
• Quality Assurance: You identify and resolve software issues, perform quality assurance, support monitoring infrastructure, and conduct code reviews and refactoring in coordination with your supervisor.

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT/development qualification.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, React, PHP, Symfony, and Laravel (3+ years).
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, databases, version control systems, and unit testing.
• Familiarity with web servers, Unix/Linux environments, shell scripting, and web hosting is an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams (3+ years), ideally within Startup, Scale-up, or Enterprise environments.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools and reasoning models to accelerate prototyping, support architecture decisions, and enhance collaborative development workflows.

The minimum monthly gross salary for this position is EUR 3.500,-- (incl. an overtime allowance of 20 hours) for 38.5 hours/week. Actual compensation can be above this, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
