Azure DevOps/Platform Engineer

• Optimize and further develop the Azure Landing Zone
• Prepare the transition from CSP to MCA (Enterprise Agreement model)
• Implement Least Privilege Access ( RBAC / IAM )
• Automate management of Service Principals
• Structure subscriptions and resource groups
• Define and implement Azure policies & governance frameworks
• Optimize network access, security, and connectivity
• Ensure compliance with the Microsoft Cloud Security Benchmark
• Establish Azure standards, baselines, and building blocks
• Improve monitoring, logging & alerting ( Azure Monitor, Log Analytics )
• Implement CI/CD pipelines & automated deployments
• Enable self-service capabilities for development teams
• Define cost management & tagging strategies
• Implement lifecycle management processes

We are looking for a hands-on Azure expert with strong experience in governance, IAM, policies, and Infrastructure as Code , capable of restructuring and optimizing an existing Azure environment., Strong experience with Microsoft Azure at platform level (not only usage)

Proven expertise in:

• Azure Governance ( Policies, RBAC, IAM )
• Subscription & Resource Management

Experience with Infrastructure as Code :

• Bicep (preferred) or Terraform)

Hands-on experience with CI/CD implementation :

• Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions

Experience with monitoring & logging :

• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

Knowledge of Azure Networking & Security principles

Experience with automation ( PowerShell, Python, etc. )

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure Landing Zones / Enterprise-Scale Azure environments
• Knowledge of Cost Management / FinOps
• Experience with Docker / Containers
• Linux knowledge
• Experience with Zabbix
• Exposure to Dynamics / Power Platform
