You'll play a critical role in defining technical direction, establishing scalable architecture standards, and guiding engineering teams through high-impact transformation programs.
???? What You'll Be Doing
? Define architecture runway, integration patterns, and technical standards
? Drive API strategy, backend architecture, and distributed systems design
? Lead architecture reviews and maintain ADRs (Architecture Decision Records)
? Establish secure, scalable, and compliance-aware solutions
? Partner with Product, DevOps, and business teams for enterprise delivery
? Contribute hands-on to proof-of-concepts and critical implementations
? Mentor engineering teams through design reviews and architecture guidance
? Evaluate modern cloud-native and event-driven architectures
? Help modernize legacy systems while ensuring business continuity
Requirements
?? 10+ years of software engineering experience
?? Strong architecture & technical leadership background
?? Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security
?? Deep understanding of REST APIs, API versioning & contract-first design
?? Experience with OAuth/OIDC, RBAC, API gateways & security architecture
?? Cloud-native experience with AKS/Kubernetes
?? Strong understanding of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code & deployment pipelines
?? Experience creating scalable integration patterns across enterprise teams
?? Excellent documentation & technical communication skills
? Nice to Have
? Kafka / Azure Event Hubs / Event-Driven Architecture
? Workflow orchestration tools like Temporal
? Legacy modernization & monolith migration experience
? Financial services or regulated industry experience
? Architecture governance & compliance exposure
