Job description

As our People and Engagement Manager, you'll be central to our people strategy. Part of our collaborative, fun and friendly team, you'll :

  • support our People Strategy by promoting our culture, delivering engagement initiatives and helping with the day-to-day management of all HR-related tasks
  • manage employee engagement surveys, analyse results and implement action plans to drive improvement
  • maximise and communicate our wellbeing offer to all our colleagues, encouraging everyone to get involved
  • become a leading member of our Environmental Social Governance team
  • create ideas and a diary full of engaging experiences for all our colleagues to take part in, including monthly team-building days
  • work alongside our Brand and Content team to develop an effective internal comms strategy
  • own our internal, company-wide, communication tools and spaces
  • review our office space, ensuring it is optimised for our people
  • establish and maintain relationships with community and charitable partners

Requirements

To make an impression, you'll need work experience at a HR Advisor level. You'll also need knowledge of relevant legislation and governance. You'll also be :

  • a confident communicator and people person
  • able to work under your own initiative
  • sensitive, tactful and diplomatic with a high degree of confidentiality
  • highly computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • CIPD level 5 qualified, or with corresponding experience in role
