Tasks

• Oversee, operate, and develop our Fortinet Enterprise Network and Security infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve 2nd and 3rd level network and security issues.
• Ensure availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SASE environments., * you monitor, operate and further develop our modern Fortinet Enterprise Network and Security infrastructure
• you analyze and resolve network and security issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
• you ensure the availability, performance and IT security of our LAN, WAN, WLAN and SASE environments
• you actively participate in network projects and support rollouts, migrations and changes
• you document the network infrastructure as well as security and operational concepts in a structured and comprehensible manner
• you contribute your know-how to further develop our ICT landscape company-wide

• Several years of experience in operating network and security environments.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet solutions with practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach., * you have several years of experience in operating network and security environments
• you have completed training in the ICT field (e.g. computer scientist EFZ, ICT specialist, HF/FH) or have comparable professional experience
• you have solid knowledge and practical experience with Fortinet solutions (certifications are an advantage)
• you are well versed in routing (BGP), firewalls, WLAN and network security
• you work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
• you have a high level of service and customer orientation, are a team player and have very good German skills
