Job description
As a Partner Development Manager, you'll be the connector, coach, and catalyst behind our most strategic relationships - from system integrators and ISVs to cloud and technology partners. You'll help our partners succeed by enabling them with the right tools, building joint go-to-market plans, and creating sales momentum together.
This is a high-impact role where you'll blend business development, relationship management, and sales strategy - working hand in hand with Exasol's commercial, marketing, and solution engineering teams to drive measurable revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and Grow the Partner Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and nurture high-potential partners across the analytics and data landscape.
- Enable Partner Success: Deliver impactful enablement sessions, from sales playbooks to technical training and competitive positioning.
- Drive Joint Sales Motions: Collaborate with partners and internal teams on co-selling, pipeline generation, and deal acceleration.
- Lead Business Planning: Set targets, track performance, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment and growth.
- Represent Exasol in the Market: Be our face at partner events, conferences, and key industry gatherings.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * 5+ years of experience in partner or channel sales, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of analytics, big data, or BI platforms
- A track record of building high-performing partner ecosystems that deliver measurable revenue impact
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - you influence through trust and insight
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and partner management tools
- A collaborative, customer-obsessed mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment
- Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector) is a plus
