Job description
You'll be responsible for:
- Designing simple, intuitive casual game mechanics
- Developing and iterating on engaging core loops
- Balancing progression and difficulty scaling
- Creating clear, structured, actionable game design documentation
- Collaborating closely with product, analytics, and development teams
- Improving mechanics using data insights and user feedback
- Running experiments and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unity?, * Experience designing casual or hyper-casual games
- Strong systems thinking with a simplicity-first mindset
- Understanding of retention mechanics and player motivation
- Comfort working with product metrics and A/B tests
- Clear communication and structured documentation skills
- Interest in cognitive health or behavioral science
- Familiarity with mobile development (Unity is a plus)
