Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Strong experience in UX design, including problem-solving, running workshops and creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes and experience maps. Exposure to telematics is a bonus.

Strong UI design skills, including design systems and creating pixel perfect, accessible interfaces that reflect Aviva's brand.

Ability to lead projects from discovery to delivery, using insight and iterative testing to refine and improve the customer experience.

Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal.

Skilled in tools such as Figma, Fig Jam, Photoshop, Illustrator, Optimal Workshop and Adobe Analytics.

A bit about the job
You'll join our User Centred Design (UCD) team, working in the General Insurance space to create experiences that help our motor, home and travel customers feel supported, informed and in control.
In this role, you'll design user centred journeys that are easy to use, grounded in actionable insight and aligned with our business goals.
You'll work end-to-end across discovery, design and delivery-partnering with colleagues from Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal to bring ideas to life.
Your work will help shape products our customers trust, particularly in the fastmoving world of connected and telematics-based insurance., * Salary: Circa £65000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications).
