Job description

Provide support for the existing user base (on-site support + internal chat): troubleshooting workstations and collaborative applications (SSO, email, document repository, etc.).

  • Manage the onboarding of new users: system imaging (automatic/manual), workstation preparation, inventory/stock management, and user training.
  • Support users through the change management process during the migration of collaborative tools.
  • Update user documentation, create knowledge bases (KB), and participate in automation (process improvement).

Requirements

Do you have experience in Linux?, Helpdesk/workstation support experience with incident and request management (Level 1/Level 2).

  • Comfortable working with a multi-OS environment: Debian + macOS + Windows (diagnostics, configuration, user support).
  • Capable of managing onboarding from start to finish (preparation, imaging, inventory, deployment, and user training).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, patient and helpful, service-oriented (on-site support + chat).
  • Able to create/maintain a clear and useful knowledge base.
