Job description

Mission ContextThis project is part of a major overhaul of its work environment for all employees. Simultaneously, the workforce is expected to grow from 90 to approximately 160 people within the next year. The current infrastructure runs on Linux Debian (47%), macOS (47%), and Windows (6%), with open-source collaborative tools. These tools will soon be replaced by commercial SaaS solutions - several environments will coexist Objectives and Deliverables

  • Support for the existing infrastructure: troubleshooting workstation usage, support for using the company's collaborative applications (SSO, email, document repository, etc.) either on-site or via the internal chat tool
  • Onboarding of new users: workstation setup (automatic or manual), inventory and stock management, support for workstation familiarization
  • User support and guidance during the transition to a new collaborative tool
  • Updating user documentation and knowledge sharing, support for automation
