We are seeking a hands-on, strategic IT Project Manager with a strong track record in cross-border project delivery. In this role, you will manage full lifecycle projects, with a particular focus on integration and digital transformation initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes are aligned with strategic objectives. The position requires close collaboration across functions, regions, and cultures-bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex environments.

- Define and align project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Apply structured PMO methodologies, templates, and governance standards
- Oversee execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure strategic alignment through OKRs and value-driven delivery
- Contribute to the development of a global IT project portfolio framework
- Maintain PMO governance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in demand planning and resource allocation processes
- Support IT onboarding within acquisition and integration programmes
- Lead cross-functional teams, including external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Share knowledge and best practices across the organisation
Requirements
- Strong leadership and coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Proactive problem-solving approach with a practical, solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable operating in an international and fast-paced environment
- Experience with project portfolio tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering IT projects, ideally across multiple countries or regions
- Solid understanding of structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with integration programmes (including M&A-related initiatives) and enterprise IT transformation is highly desirable
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
