IT Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic IT Project Manager with a strong track record in cross-border project delivery. In this role, you will manage full lifecycle projects, with a particular focus on integration and digital transformation initiatives.

• Define and align project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Apply structured PMO methodologies, templates, and governance standards
• Oversee execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure strategic alignment through OKRs and value-driven delivery
• Contribute to the development of a global IT project portfolio framework
• Maintain PMO governance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in demand planning and resource allocation processes
• Support IT onboarding within acquisition and integration programmes
• Lead cross-functional teams, including external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Share knowledge and best practices across the organisation

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering IT projects, ideally across multiple countries or regions
• Solid understanding of structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.)
• Experience with integration programmes (including M&A-related initiatives) and enterprise IT transformation is highly desirable
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
