Job description
A combined position:
- 50%+ Software Development
- 40-50% Support & Operations, * Troubleshooting across application, database, Windows & basic networking
- Identify recurring issues and turn them into structural improvements
- Clear documentation and ownership of incidents
Software Development
- Bug fixes and new features (primarily Python; occasionally TypeScript/VBA)
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce support workload
- Contribute to migration toward a modern web platform
- Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in IT support and/or software development (combination preferred)
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability
- Experience with Python (Type Script is a plus)
- Security- and privacy-conscious mindset
- High ownership, low ego
- Fluent Dutch (customer contact)
