Senior BI

We are looking for our BI Manager to build and spread a strong data-driven culture across the entire organization.

Your mission: empower teams to make better decisions, faster, using the right metrics.

Your Mission

Turn data into a strategic lever serving the Executive Committee, Delivery, Revenue, and Product teams.

Concretely, you will be responsible for, * Design and implement a modern BI stack (ETL, Snowflake, DBT, Metabase, etc.)

• Centralize and model data within a clear, well-documented, and robust data warehouse
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability across systems

Strategic Dashboarding

In collaboration with the Finance team and Business Managers, you will align stakeholders on KPI definitions and usage.

You will build dashboards and analyses to monitor:

• Executive-level KPIs
• Delivery performance (Operations / Customer Success)
• Product usage and engagement

Your goal: ensure every key decision is backed by precise, shared, and trusted data.

Enablement & Data Culture

• Enable managers to independently iterate on dashboards
• Train and support teams to create their own simple analyses
• Ensure that no strategic meeting happens without clear data points
• Lead continuous monitoring and experimentation on AI use cases in BI to maintain excellence and innovation in data practices

What Success Looks Like (After 12 Months)

• A solid, scalable BI stack is in place
• Critical business dashboards are live, reliable, and widely used
• Managers are autonomous on basic analyses
• Data is fully embedded into company rituals and culture

Do you have experience in Data visualization?, * Strong SQL expertise

• Solid experience in dashboarding and data visualization
• Strong business acumen
• Experience in a demanding startup or scale-up environment
• Good knowledge of the modern BI ecosystem
• Ability to structure, document, and model data properly
• Smart and practical use of AI tools in your daily workflow, * Ability to challenge business requests constructively
• High level of rigor and attention to detail
• Appetite for technical depth
• Pedagogical mindset and ability to make data accessible
• Strong ownership and collaborative spirit
