Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. To assist the Technical Team in the day to day running of the Food Quality and Technical Department. Daybreak Foods is a large importer of own label ambient food products supplying to the major retailers., 1. Maintain records and data to support our Food Safety and Quality System and our BRCGS certification.

Investigate customer complaints with the supplying factories and respond back to the customers. To log all customer complaints and carry out trend analysis.

Complete product specifications on retailer specification systems.

Complete product quality attribute sheets.

Collate data for and complete monthly retailer reports

Manage company packaging database and complete packaging returns.

Purchase samples, set up and run sampling and benchmarking sessions for existing and potential new products.

Manage our internal audit schedule.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, 1. Strong IT skills including word, excel and retailer specification systems.

Excellent attention to detail.

Highly organised with very good time management skills.

Confident outgoing personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexible approach, open to learning new things.
Experience required:

2-3 years' experience of an office-based role managing food safety and quality related tasks.

Experience of working in a demanding environment requiring tight deadlines.

Knowledge of BRCGS standards and food legislation.
-
Training in internal audits, HACCP and other food safety disciplines highly desirable.
