Our global partner is seeking a Senior Process Implementation Specialist to drive the successful deployment, improvement, and scalability of partner-facing processes across the Accommodation business unit. You will join the Partner Processes team-an expert group responsible for crafting, governing, and optimizing processes that support business strategy, ensure compliance, and enable internal teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
In this role, you will be the bridge between central process owners, Product & Tech, Customer Service (CS), and Local Partner Services (LPS). You'll ensure that new processes and product changes are implementable, understood, and operationally effective. By identifying improvement opportunities through data and feedback, you'll play a critical role in elevating efficiency, compliance, and partner satisfaction., * Identify, prioritize, and deliver process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and partner experience.
- Act as the key liaison between central process teams and operational departments (CS / LPS), capturing their needs and translating them into practical, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to ensure processes are operationally feasible, compliant, and embedded correctly in product design and system capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance, using data and frontline feedback to identify pain points, track progress, and propose refinements.
- Design and implement process innovations, with a strong focus on automation, simplification, and future-proof scalability.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships, balancing central process priorities with the realities of day-to-day operations.
- Support operational teams with clear process guidance, ensuring they have accurate, up-to-date information needed to support accommodation partners.
- Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on process adoption, performance metrics, and improvement outcomes.
Requirements
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong process excellence skills with an ability to translate complex requirements into workable, scalable solutions-and who enjoys influencing across teams in a dynamic environment., * Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree with substantial relevant experience also considered.
- 5-8+ years of experience in process management, project management, or organizational change, ideally in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., KYC, FinTech, tax compliance).
- Proven success leading international or cross-functional projects, delivering measurable improvements, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Product & Tech teams to turn business requirements into compliant, customer-centric process solutions., * Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities with a talent for turning insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency with process automation, workflow design, or performance monitoring tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence across levels.
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and self-driven mindset; able to independently set priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to coach, train, and support peers and operational teams in process excellence methodologies., * High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
