Job description
This role is to offer a professional premium support engagement with GuyKat clients and partners who have adopted Docebo as their Learning Management System (LMS). Whilst the role focuses on inbound queries and day-to-day administrative support, from time-to-time you will be required to attend virtual/face-to-face client calls to deliver training on Docebo (including new features & functionality), project management and regular engagement calls.
Work is managed through a shared support inbox, with the team responsible for maintaining this. As we look to improve constantly, the team are also involved in researching and developing new systems to aid in enhancing the service they provide.
In this role, you will work with your team and the clients to respond and resolve a wide range of requests promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a flexible proactive attitude. Your role in the team is pivotal in delivering a successful service that is recognised as premium above and beyond support. It requires a genuine passion to work as part of a busy, collaborative team to meet and exceed the expectations required both internally and by the clients.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Trello?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS's) and supporting users of web-based systems would be an advantage, but not essential. What counts is that you are a confident, outgoing person who loves responsibility, challenges, and teamwork. You must be confident in your ability to present information to our clients and internally, who will rely on you for knowledge about the Learning Management System (LMS).
A self-starter with an enthusiasm for absorbing learning quickly and can motivate themselves and work on resolving issues with a view to sharing knowledge amongst others in the team. The role requires a team player and someone who is conscientious and likes to see problems through to resolution. The ability to manage time for new projects is essential.
Due to an increasing volume of work from the US, candidates who can offer flexibility in their working hours (including some hybrid or adjusted hours) would be advantageous., * Knowledge and experience of working on Learning Management System(s)
- Knowledge and experience of communication platforms (e.g. Google, Office365, Teams, Zoom)
- Knowledge and experience of working in a support environment (Ticketing System, Shared Inbox Support)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a timely manner
- Experience in remote support and training
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Ability to focus on complex tasks to ensure resolution
- Good attention to detail
- Organised with good time management skills
- Able to work independently, flexibly and be adaptable
- Good teamwork skills
- Understanding of the Google and Microsoft suites (e.g. Google Sheets/Excel, Google Docs/Word, Google Slides/PowerPoint)
- Interest in data and reporting
- Knowledge of Trello (desirable but not essential)
