Systems Analyst£33,283 - £36,982 depending on experienceHome based with occasional travel to offices as requiredAre you an IT systems professional with experience in technical business applications support, who is ready to make a difference?, We're looking for a Systems Analyst to deliver technical support for business applications, and assist in the maintenance, configuration, and integration of systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests for business-critical applications across Platform Housing Group.

As our Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst (SSA), Application Support Manager (ASM), and Service Desk teams to support the delivery of high-quality IT services. You'll be at the heart of our mission here at Platform Housing Group, the largest social housing association in the Midlands, but we're much more than just houses; we build homes, strong communities, and make a real and positive difference to the lives of our customers.In this role, you'll act as a technical support and escalation point for solutions supported, working with the Applications Support Manager and Senior System Analysts in embedding best practice processes and standards across the team. You'll liaise regularly with both internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.

Requirements

Experience within a similar role, ability to troubleshoot application issues, performing root cause analysis.

-Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Azure/Azure Logic Apps

-Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, particularly in incident management and service restoration.

-Understanding of change control processes (e.g. Change Advisory Board participation).

-Familiarity with SQL, data queries, Progress, API integrations and/or ETL tools

-System integration and ETL processes

-Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, NTFS file shares, Group Policy and service management tools.

-Highly customer focused and has strong problem-solving, analytical and evaluation skills

-Ideally, you'll have experience in SharePoint, Flow, Teams, SQL Server, Microsoft Cloud, Office 365, Azure, Dynamics 365 (CE or F&O), Power Platform, App Services, Storage, Integration
