Job description
- 4E is the largest business and IT transformation program of Siemens Energy, creating a future-proof ERP footprint that enables AI-driven solutions and operational excellence.
- consolidating the legacy SAP landscape across 23 end-to-end processes towards SAP S/4 HANA based on Implemented S/4 Templet.
- This position is for a Rollout Project Manager who would define and execute overall Rollout Planning, safeguard Rollout implementation timelines and resource availability and ensuring risks and stakeholder management.
PM-tasks
- Develop a detailed rollout plan at local level including all activities required for successful rollout implementation and in line with overall S4E rollout project plan.
- Plan and monitor project budget at Rollout level, providing financial reports, together with Business.
- Oversee the rollout of specific End-to-End processes and manage end-to-end localization requirements implementation, together with Business Cluster Manager.
- Plan project phases, including specific work packages, and coordinate the project plan with Team Leads, Business Core Team Members, Template SPOCs, SAP Template Organization, and all related stakeholders.
- Cover all usual project management disciplines, including managing the project schedule, detailed work plan, risks, issues, budget, cost, testing, and cutover.
- Ensure the alignment of the IT infrastructure setup and manage design approvals in compliance with our S/4 HANA guidelines.
- Contract and coordinate with external partners and consultants to support project activities.
- Ensure adherence to PM@Siemens Energy IT project methodology ( including fulfilling Quality Gate requirements and repotting the project status and progress at regular intervals.
- Prepare and moderate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring all decisions are documented and actionable.
- Track project progress against milestones and deliverables and provide regular update reports to Rollout Management and stakeholders organization, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals.
- Lead and coordinate the rollout teams to enable a smooth and successful transition to the new S4E template.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * Experienced (812+ ) IT Project Manager. Several full-cycle projects as IT Project Manager.
- Strong background in SAP S/4, SAP Rollout management.
- PM with experience in SAP Projects
- Working on Agile project with user stories and Jira
- Has worked in global organizations with cross functional teams looking to harmonize processes
- Background in complex projects (with complex governance structure as well as many stakeholders with different targets).
- Excellent English language skills are mandatory. German language skill will be an add-on
- Excellent communication skills to all stakeholder levels
After the onboarding phase and individual agreement, up to 90% of mobile work are generally possible
