You can be part of it too Your tasks You will be part of the 2nd level support team and together you will handle all support requests related to our omni-channel enabled ERP landscape and transactional platform You support and shape in diverse IT change and maintenance projects with You are responsible for the complete documentation of incidents in the ticket system and the permanent expansion of our knowledgebase You monitor system stability and performance to detect delays and failures at an early stage You take over on-call duties in shift work and on weekends Your profile You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable background You have the experience in the support and problem analysis of complex ERP landscapes You ideally bring experience in 1st or 2nd level support with you Good system knowledge in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment is an advantage You think and act solution-oriented for problems as well as challenges You feel confident in both the German-speaking and English system environment Our advantages for you Work-life balance- 31 vacation days per year, plus ten additional vacation days are possible.
