Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
This role will be within our Private networks, We find the best technology, manage assets and refresh systems. With 24/7 network operations, we keep things running smoothly, while operating comprehensive network repair and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.
Want to come and be a part of it? We welcome applicants from across the UK. You will be contractually based at your nearest M Group Ltd office, with the role primarily carried out remotely and occasional travel for meetings nationwide.
What will you be doing?
You'll be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance of the design management procedures for our construction contracts from contract award until project completion.

You'll be overseeing the production, maintenance, and implementation of a design programme.
You'll be approving design intent documents and technical deviation requests.
We'll be wanting you to chair design review meetings and attend hazard review meetings and ensuring pre-construction hazard information is considered and mitigated.
You'll becompleting relevant sections of design intent documents and submit design packages for compliance audits.
Managing design changes in accordance with the design change management process. And ensuring proposed equipment is suitable and compliant with technical specifications.
You'll be planning, managing, and monitoring design works, ensuring health and safety aspects are coordinated.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, * You'll come with proven experience in design management within the construction or energy sector with a strong understanding of technical and procedural requirements.
- We'll want you to have excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- You'll have the ability to manage design changes and ensure compliance with standards.
- You'll be a chartered membership of an appropriate professional body is preferred.
