Job description

As an HR Data & Insight Analyst, you'll transform raw HR data into powerful insights that shape business decisions and fuel HR innovation. From employee records to performance metrics, you'll gather, analyse, and visualise data using tools like Oracle, Power BI, and Empactis. Your expertise will help uncover workforce trends, drive strategic initiatives, and enhance HR processes. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with colleagues to create impactful reports, maintain data integrity, and support project delivery. With a focus on continuous improvement and fresh analytics, you'll help set the standard for data-driven HR excellence across the business.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Power BI?, You'll excel in this role with strong Power BI skills, advanced data analysis expertise (especially in Excel), and a knack for creating clear dashboards. Your analytical mindset and HR knowledge enable you to turn data into actionable insights. Confident in statistical modelling and systems such as Oracle, you communicate complex ideas with ease. Detail-focused, approachable, and self-motivated, you'll build trusted relationships and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven, and customer-centric environment.
