Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically adept Senior Solution Engineer (SE) to join our DemoX team within the SE Centre of Excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced SE who excels at designing and scaling demo experiences, driving cross-functional initiatives, and empowering global go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
You will be at the helm of our demo strategy and tooling, taking ownership for the evolution of demo environments, assets, and processes. As the principal driver of DemoX, you will steer development, innovation, and continuous improvement, serving as the main resource for demo-related needs and escalations. This position is about leading the strategy, execution, and quality of our demo solutions, collaborating deeply with stakeholders across Product, Product Marketing, QA, and Sales Engineering to deliver best-in-class demo experiences.
This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into a formal leadership position., * Lead the design, development, and governance of scalable demo environments, tools, and assets that support the global GTM organisation
- Act as the DemoX function's operational lead owning demo tooling (e.g. Saleo, Consensus), demo data pipelines, and environment stability
- Serve as the primary escalation point for demo-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive risk mitigation
- Develop and maintain compelling demo narratives, templates, and reusable assets that align with product capabilities and GTM messaging
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, QA, and SE leadership to ensure demo readiness for new releases and feature launches
- Provide mentorship and functional guidance to other DemoX team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive adoption of demo best practices across the SE organisation through enablement, documentation, and tooling support

Requirements
- Effective at communicating and presenting, able to simplify complex technical ideas for customers
- Collaborative and trusted across Product, Marketing, QA, and Sales Engineering teams
- Attuned to stakeholder and customer needs, committed to delivering scalable, high-quality demos
- Proactive and hands-on, capable of leading projects from concept to completion
- Strategic, understanding how demo tools and processes accelerate sales and impact customers
- Comfortable guiding and aligning team members, even without formal authority
- Resourceful in handling ambiguity and solving challenges creatively and decisively
- Technically proficient and eager to learn, with expertise in demo tools, integrations, and environment management
- Fluent in English, with other languages beneficial, and willing to travel for global collaboration, * 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering, Management Consulting, or a similar role
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or business field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience delivering and supporting high-quality software demonstrations across the customer journey
- Strong technical proficiency with demo tooling (e.g. Saleo, Consensus, Chrome extensions) and experience managing demo environments, integrations, and feature toggles
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without formal authority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving demo programmes that deliver measurable business impact
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments is highly desirable
