SAP ME / MII Technical Lead

• Lead the design, development, and support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions using SAP ME and SAP MII.
• Drive integration initiatives between SAP ME/MII and SAP ERP modules such as Production Planning (PP) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Implement and manage integrations with plant floor connectivity tools such as SAP PCo and Kepware.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP ME and custom enterprise applications.
• Provide application support for plant floor systems and ensure the high availability and reliability of MES platforms.
• Participate in transition and knowledge transfer activities with solution and support teams to understand the overall application landscape.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with ITIL-based processes including incident, change, and problem management.
• Monitor application performance and ensure timely resolution of technical issues within defined service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing execution initiatives and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation including solution designs, integration specifications, and system architecture artifacts., * Lead technical initiatives within SAP MES and plant floor integration environments.
• Design scalable integration architectures connecting enterprise systems with manufacturing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across MES and ERP integrations.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to deliver effective solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of MES platforms and integration frameworks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers and support teams.

• Proven experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules such as PP and EWM.
• Experience working with plant floor connectivity tools including SAP PCo and Kepware.
• Solid development knowledge in Java and web technologies used within SAP ME/MII environments.
• Experience working in ITIL-based support environments handling incidents, change, and problem management.
• Experience supporting enterprise manufacturing applications and ensuring operational stability.
• Understanding of MES architectures and manufacturing execution processes.
• Experience preparing functional and technical documentation for enterprise applications and integration frameworks.
• Familiarity with database management and integration standards in enterprise systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments supporting manufacturing execution initiatives.
