Job description

  • Configure, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management, Goal Management, Succession, and Development modules.
  • Design and manage goal plans, performance forms, calibration templates, succession data models, and talent pools.
  • Lead or support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements related to PMGM and Succession & Development modules.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align system configurations with performance management and talent development strategies.
  • Provide system support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for HR teams and end-users.
  • Analyze performance, succession, and development data to support talent management and organizational planning.
  • Ensure data integrity, process compliance, and adherence to internal policies and governance standards.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive adoption of SuccessFactors solutions., * Configure and manage goal plans, performance templates, calibration sessions, and succession frameworks.
  • Diagnose system issues and provide effective troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Deliver user training sessions and functional documentation.
  • Interpret HR data and provide insights on performance and talent metrics.
  • Work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across SuccessFactors modules.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of overall experience with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), Succession, and Development modules.
  • Proven experience in configuring and supporting PMGM and Succession Development processes.
  • Understanding of talent management lifecycle and HR business processes.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and post-go-live activities.
  • Ability to work with HR stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations.
