Job description
We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our dynamic regional People & Culture team in Vienna. This role is pivotal in how we collect, validate, analyze, and visualize HR data across the Central Europe region, supporting over 8,500 employees in 11 countries.
You will play a key role in driving data-driven processes-ranging from compensation and talent cycles to HR metrics and CSRD reporting. More importantly, you will help us modernize our approach to HR data by introducing automation, better integration, and smarter visualization using modern tools and technologies.
What You'll Do
Process Ownership & Execution
- Manage data collection, validation, and consolidation for regional compensation, talent, and HR reporting processes (e.g., year-end compensation cycles, succession planning, talent reviews, and strategic workforce planning).
- Integrate data across multiple HR processes to create a comprehensive view of the workforce and talent landscape.
- Lead selected regional reporting and data processes end-to-end, ensuring data quality, consistency, and timeliness.
- Act as the central point of contact for HR teams across operating entities on data and reporting matters.
- Data Modernization & Transformation
- Design and build dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to make HR and talent data accessible and actionable for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology (e.g., automation, AI, analytics platforms) to enhance efficiency and insights.
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic workforce planning, compensation strategies, talent management, and organizational decision-making.
- Provide analytical support to regional stakeholders, connecting metrics to business context and strategic priorities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to address emerging business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with operating entity HR teams, compensation specialists, and talent management teams to align on processes and data requirements.
- Partner with Group HR functions to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in data analytics, visualization, and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven experience in building or modernizing reporting processes, with a focus on creating automated, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with compensation and talent processes (e.g., salary reviews, benchmarking, variable pay cycles, succession planning, talent reviews).
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.

Benefits & conditions
Annual Gross Salary: €65,000 (full-time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on experience, qualifications, and commitment.
