Job description
As a Junior IT & Cyber Risk Business Control Specialist you will:
- Participate in designated projects, developments, or business initiatives, challenging and advising on information risks.
- Participate and challenge in risk assessments on projects, developments or business initiatives to make sure proactive risk management is adhered to.
- Be a trusted advisor towards IT teams.
- Challenge and periodically report upon the risks of key strategic programs and projects.
- Monitor and build the relevant reporting/dashboard for the key risks of the business.
- Create and publish ad-hoc risk analysis, risk papers, and risk reports with fact-finding, research, and documenting activities.
- Monitor and challenge stakeholders to make sure IT Deliveries are secure and compliant. In other words, to make sure security is embedded in the initiatives lyfecycle
- Train IT DevOps engineers making sure security and risk are embedded in the IT squad.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Proven eperience (2-5 years) in both IT Security and Risk, and are passionate about Information Security.
- Track record as IT (Security) epert, Information Risk management
- Good knowledge of Banking business, processes, procedures and systems.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work across both functional and geographical lines.
- Problem analysis, judgment, persuasiveness as three of your main competencies net to investigative and learning ability, planning and organizing skills and you are always anticipating the business' situation.
- Ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues and senior management.
- Ability to be firm when needed and show fleibility when possible.
- Ecellent analytical skills and sound judgment.
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Professional education and multiple international certifications for Information (Technology) (e.g., ISC2, ISACA accreditations).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
