Job description
As the primary point of contact for our users, you ensure business continuity by providing high-quality technical support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
User Support: Incident resolution (hardware, software, connectivity) via ticketing, phone, or in-person.
Access Management: User account administration via Active Directory.
Cloud & Virtual Environment: Level 1 support for Azure environments and Citrix sessions.
Follow-up: Rigorous documentation of interventions and proactive management of open cases.
Requirements
Languages: Mandatory proficiency in a languages: French, English. (Dutch as well is a plus)
IT Skills: Windows/O365 support, Active Directory. Basic knowledge of Azure and Citrix.
Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, proactivity, accountability, and strong motivation.
No teleworking: 5 days onsite at customer (Brussel)
