Requirements
Be able to support and help local users with IT questions. Knowledge of ServiceDesk and ITIL principles - incidents, requests and problems and working with ServiceNow. Performs onsite installations of IT workplace hardware (desktop; portable, printer, screens, dockings, cabling) - sometimes in cooperation with Facilities Perform hardware replacements and repairs in HQ and agencies Cooperates in squad's on transversal topics with the IT service Center (eg knowledge) or projects having impact on End user support Executes stock management tasks and maintains the CMDB FR//ENG: At least good in understanding and speaking. (extra Dutch is a plus) General knowledge of hardware & software concepts Problem solver, stress resilient Knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups)
O365 administration
Knowledge of CISCO CUCM VOIP and webex administration Printing administration tools (XDA) and equitrac Profound IT hardware workplace knowledge (computers, printers) Window 11 configuration and settings SCCM (software packaging & deployment).
Performs specific software installations on user endpoints
Brussel centre; 5 days onsite (no remote work)
