Job description
- Continuous optimization of HR and payroll processes
- Close collaboration with HR business stakeholders and support of HR Operations & Payroll (including Hypercare and post-go-live stabilization)
- Analysis and implementation of change requests and new requirements
- Training of end-users and key users
- Definition, development, and monitoring of HR interfaces (e.g., TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) including troubleshooting
- Coordination with internal IT teams and external partners
- Creation and updating of HR and payroll-related reports
- Ensuring SOX-compliant HR IT processes and supporting audit documentation
Requirements
- Solid, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and ECP
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Additional certifications in HR Analytics, Data Visualization, or Project Management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) are a plus
- Strong understanding of HR IT architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end HR processes
- Experience in Hypercare and post-go-live environments
- Strong analytical, communicative, and operational skills
