Job description

Arcadis is looking to hire an Oracle Functional Solution Manager (CX) who is responsible to manage the design and delivery of the Oracle Sales & Marketing Cloud solutions in collaborate with the business stakeholders and development team/ IT partners. Leads the development of all functional changes within the relevant Oracle Domain portfolio. Designs and/or oversees the design of functional solutions aligned with global standards.

Role accountabilities

Leads the development of all functional changes within the relevant Oracle Domain portfolio. Designs and/or oversees the design of functional solutions aligned with global standards.

Collaboration

  • Collaborates and communicates with relevant domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU's
  • Collaborates with the product owners, Technical Solution Manager(s) and the vendor parties to ensure that the solution meets the business needs
  • Collaborates with wider OOO team to ensure consistency and standards followed for documentations and approach

Applications Support & Maintenance

  • Ensures global standardization and cohesion in the Oracle Cloud solution across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experience
  • Demonstrates business process knowledge and relevant Oracle domain knowledge to efficiently deliver on Oracle solutions
  • Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems
  • Lead Oracle quarterly update with effectively working with the test manager and business key users
  • Join Oracle support sessions to actively influence Oracle product development and thereby improving business efficiency

Applications Enhancement & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I Director to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in relevant Oracle domain portfolio
  • Conduct POCs, functional design review and organize workshops with product owners to perform fit/gap analysis
  • Oversees functional solution development, documentations and including functional testing to ensure that solutions follow best design practices
  • Acts as the functional counterpart (delivery lead) to 3rd party vendors

Vendor Management

  • Reviews & Approves proposed functional solutions created by third parties
  • Works with 3rd parties to ensure projects are delivered in within scope, budget & quality

Key Shared Accountabilities

  • Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and OOO Domains to exceed business expectations
  • Oracle functional solution decisions with OIM Lane
  • Oracle Quarterly Update testing with OOO Test Manager and KBUs
  • Oracle SOP and training materials for business

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with relevant domain application configuration in major ERP systems, at least 3 of which with Oracle eBS and/or Oracle Cloud
  • Demonstrated experience in business process management and workflows
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully designing/delivering functional changes and/or solutions in a global company with a complex business environment
