Specialization: EBS HCM - Payroll, Absence, Pension (UK), * 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM, with strong focus on Payroll

• Expert proficiency in UK Payroll, statutory rules, HMRC compliance, RTI, YE Processing
• Hands-on experience with Absence, Pension, and other HCM submodules
• Strong understanding of fast formulas, payroll elements, BEE, costing, and retro-pay
