Job description
This is a senior technical leadership role for someone who can define the security blueprint for how AI is adopted safely at enterprise scale. You'll act as the go-to authority on AI security, shaping standards, guardrails, tooling decisions, and governance across the organisation., * Lead threat modelling and security architecture design for Claude Code and agentic AI use cases
- Define enterprise-wide security standards, patterns, and guardrails for AI tooling
- Evaluate and select appropriate security controls across DLP, API gateways, audit logging, monitoring, and access controls
- Engage with Anthropic and other AI vendors on security capabilities, controls, and contractual requirements
- Provide technical input into the AI Governance Committee
- Define and evolve the security target operating model for AI
- Ensure AI adoption aligns with wider enterprise security architecture and risk frameworks
Requirements
- 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 2+ years in AI/ML security or LLM deployment
- Strong background in security architecture within complex enterprise environments
- Deep knowledge of Zero Trust, SASE, API security, and modern enterprise security patterns
- Experience with STRIDE threat modelling and architecture frameworks such as SABSA or TOGAF
- Strong understanding of AI-specific security risks including prompt injection, model inversion, and data poisoning
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory and assurance frameworks such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and present to C-suite
- Experience with Anthropic Claude API or similar LLM platforms would be highly beneficial
- Background in DevSecOps or secure SDLC is desirable
Certifications:
- CISSP, CCSP, or SABSA
