ERP Solution Architect

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our F1 Car Programme. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of motorsport innovation, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure financial rigour within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Main Duties: * Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for F1 manufacturing and development costs. * Collaborate closely with Programme Managers and Cost Engineers to define budget requirements for each F1 project and ensure alignment with strategic goals. * Maintain ERP accuracy and ensure effective financial control across projects. * Deliver weekly updates on current programme status and forecasts, clearly highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities. * Support scenario analysis, make-or-buy decisions, and cost modelling. * Partner with the Cost Cap Team to ensure full compliance with FIA Financial Regulations. * Monitor and evolve our cost methodology, reporting KPIs to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Ensure the integrity and quality of data within financial systems, proactively developing controls where necessary.
