Document Controller

• Establish, maintain, and manage the project document control system (e.g. SharePoint, Viewpoint, 4P etc.)
• Receive, log, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Control document numbering, revision status, and version control in line with project procedures
• Ensure drawings, specifications, technical submissions, RFIs, EWNs, and correspondence are correctly issued and tracked
• Maintain document registers and trackers, ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Manage transmittals to and from clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Archive superseded documents and maintain a clear audit trail
• Support project teams with document queries and ensure compliance with information management requirements
