• You handle issue reports and ensure a quick and efficient resolution in both German and English
• You answer and resolve inquiries as part of 1st level support and ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and to the satisfaction of the users
• You perform analyses, install required software or hardware, and resolve technical issues quickly and reliably
• You perform troubleshooting and effectively support our users through remote assistance to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• You create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solutions, processes, and technical systems to ensure a transparent and traceable knowledge base
• You work closely with other IT departments to develop sustainable solutions and are the first point of contact for our employees with IT-related questions

The minimum base salary according to the collective agreement is at least €2.420.00 gross per month for 38.5 hours (collective agreement, career starters).

The actual salary will be individually agreed upon based on professional experience and qualifications.
