Job description
The Headteacher and Governors of Brunshaw Community Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspiring, conscientious and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly school office team. Working 12pm to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Brunshaw is a thriving two-form entry community school, proudly serving our local families and supported by LA-maintained SEN Units. As a school, we place children at the heart of everything we do and are committed to providing a warm, inclusive and nurturing environment.

This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro rata basis.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Communication skills?, Do you have a GCSE?, * Is organised, proactive and able to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
- Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Approaches every task with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn., * GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or willingness to work towards Level 2 literacy/numeracy qualification.
- Good standard of general education.
Essential Experience
- Experience in administrative/clerical role.
- Maintaining manual and computerised records.
- Dealing with the public.
- Using IT systems including Word and Excel.
