As a Graduate IT Support Engineer, you will be the backbone of their internal operations. This role combines hands-on hardware management with sophisticated software automation and network support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Global Support: Providing first-line technical assistance for over 800 colleagues across their international offices.
- Systems Deployment: Building and maintaining a large fleet of high-spec laptops using deployment technologies like MDT.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintaining vital office hardware, including conference room technology, hot-desking setups, and printers.
- Network Administration: Following documented procedures to manage Active Directory, ensuring onboarding automation runs correctly for new joiners.
- Service Management: Logging and tracking issues via their enterprise help desk software to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Operational Logistics: Managing the physical IT environment, including the movement and setup of equipment for a growing team.
