Graduate Legal Implementation Specialist

They provide world-class training, giving you early exposure to senior stakeholders across diverse international organisations and the opportunity to become a recognised expert in the rapidly evolving LegalTech space., You will work directly with well-known clients to automate their complex workloads using the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence., * AI Integration: Utilising a sophisticated No-Code UI to train and integrate bespoke AI agents into client contract management processes.

• Prompt Engineering: Translating complex legal concepts into actionable AI prompts and automated technical workflows.
• Process Optimisation: Streamlining the creation and management of high-value legal documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Project Ownership: Taking full accountability for client delivery, managing technical projects from initial requirements to final implementation.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a technical consultant for senior leaders, ensuring the software delivers maximum ROI for their legal teams.

Do you have experience in AI?, * A 2:1 (or equivalent) in a STEM-related degree and good A levels.

• Experience prompting AI (ChatGPT/Google Gemini) for university or personal projects.
• Evidence of managing a project from start to finish (e.g. a final year dissertation. project delivery experience.
• The confidence to engage with professional clients and explain technical workflows clearly.

You will receive a 32K starting salary, with quarterly bonuses of up to 3K and fast progression within the team (you can expect to be on 35K 3-6 months in).
