About the Team
We are here to provide high-quality support, ensuring that operational and strategic activities are well-coordinated and efficiently delivered. The Operational Support Team acts as a key support partner, identifying, optimizing and undertaking projects and tasks that enhance service delivery.
About the Role As a Regional Operations Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly by providing exceptional administrative support. You'll work closely with Heads of Service and Registered Managers, ensuring operational tasks, processes, and communication are well-coordinated. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being a proactive problem-solver and a trusted partner to busy operational teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including meeting coordination, minute-taking, diary management, and follow-up actions.
- Manage service inboxes, communications, travel arrangements, logistics, and support the delivery of audits, HR metrics, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across service areas.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Strong organisational and communication skills, with confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in administrative roles, ideally within social care, charity settings, or multi-functional environments; understanding of autism, neurodiversity, safeguarding, and GDPR is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfort with digital platforms, and the ability to analyse and present information clearly and professionally.
