Job description

We are seeking a commercially driven and highly organised professional to manage new business enquiries, convert leads into confirmed contracts, and oversee the full order lifecycle from quotation through to delivery. This role bridges sales and operations, ensuring excellent client service while driving revenue growth., * Manage incoming enquiries, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into confirmed contracts.

  • Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Oversee the full order lifecycle from enquiry to completion and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Drivers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to maximise revenue and encourage repeat business. * Utilise Excel to track workflows, manage sales pipelines, monitor order progress, and generate performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure administrative processes are completed efficiently.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, * Experience in sales coordination, account management, business development, or operations support.

  • Strong commercial awareness and customer service focus.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
