IVVQ Engineer (Test engineer)

• Design and structure clear Pass/Fail validation plans
• Build and own hardware test benches
• Execute validation campaigns across mechanical, electronic, and firmware layers
• Produce clear, actionable test reports highlighting risks and potential failures
• Validate, or challenge, hardware design changes based on evidence
• Work closely with development and industrialization teams to secure production readiness
• Contribute directly to achieving 3% defect rate across the installed base
• Ensure zero critical issues are discovered during production and testing phases

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Engineering background in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, or similar

• Strong full-stack hardware expertise (electronics, mechanics, firmware)
• Experience facing real-world hardware issues - not just designing on paper
• Exposure to industrialization environments
• Able to navigate and speak across multiple hardware disciplines
• Highly rigorous - documentation and validation are second nature
• Autonomous and confident defending technical decisions
• Passionate about testing, validation, and building robust systems

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware SMEs or consumer electronics environments
• Robotics or hands-on technical side projects
• Background in embedded systems engineering roles
