Manager Integration Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented Integration Subject Matter Expert (m/w/d) with a strong finance focus to support Business and IT Leads within the Integration Management workstream. In this role, you will drive the integration of finance processes and systems throughout the SAP S/4HANA project phases and ensure seamless operations post-implementation. Your Contribution:

• Provide expert guidance on finance process integration and technical interfaces between SAP S/4HANA and other systems
• Collaborate with Business and IT Leads to translate finance requirements into integration solutions
• Support design, development, testing, and troubleshooting of finance-related integration scenarios during project phases and ongoing operations
• Review and validate integration documentation, data flows, and configurations related to finance processes
• Participate in workshops, testing cycles (unit, integration, user acceptance), and validations across project and post-go-live activities
• Ensure smooth end-to-end finance integration by liaising with cross-functional teams

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in finance process integration within SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA

• Experience throughout the whole pharma end-to-end process required, focus on finance or material area would be beneficial
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry; familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX) is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills for project delivery and operational support
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills across business and IT teams
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken); self-motivated with the ability to work independently
